The My Event Information Box allows you to search our entire inventory of rental items specifically for your event date. Simply enter your event details and proceed through our website and check availability of your chosen rental items to request a courtesy hold.
Event Name: Provide a brief description of your event or theme.
Email Address: Enter your contact email address.
Destination Post Code: The post code must be the post code of where the item will be installed. This information allows us to check our live rental system to confirm which items are available or a recommended alternative to be shipped in time to your event location from our warehouse.
Start Date: This is the date your event will start.
End Date: This is the date your event will end and your event item will be ready for return shipping.
Local Pickup: Check local pickup if you're collecting and returning your items from our warehouse, located in Burleigh Heads, QLD.
Required Number of Days Prior: This is the amount of days prior to your event start date you would like to receive your rental items.
* Note - the more days prior to your start date selected may increase the rental price of your selected items.
