Welcome to Virtual Event Studio

Please follow the instructions to create your own virtual event: close window

STEP 1- Choose a backdrop theme located in the "CATAGORIES" menu.(located on the right hand side)
STEP 2- Once your theme has been chosen a selection Of backdrop thumbnail images will open. Please select your preferred backdrop.(located above the virtual scene)
STEP 3- TO change the colour Of the Chair Covers, Table Caps and Drapery cuck the item from the "Select Item" menu. Item will turn red when selected and purple once colour has been modified(located on the top left hand side)
STEP 4- Click the colour Of your choice each item from the "Colour Swatch" menu.(located on the bottorn left hand side)
STEP 5- Once you have designed your Virtual Event you can save the design or check . availabiffy Of the backdrop and linens by clicking on "Save Image"Check Availabilitym (located at the bottom right hand side)
STEP 6- Please Note — when clicking "Save image" it may take up to 3 minutes for your Virtual Event Image to fully render for you to save. Once the pop up window opens with your rendered event right click on your mouse and select "Save As".
STEP 7- When selecting Check Availabiüty a pop up window will open detailing the items. within your Virtual Event and areas for you to fill in your contact and event information.Once complete select "Submit" once completed.
STEP 8- After you have filled in the Check Availability form an Events Fantastic. representative will contact you via email or phone to confirm availabiüty Of your event items.
