Today we say goodbye…

It really doesn’t matter what industry you are in – your team is what makes you stronger. You can be the best sales person but without someone to help you fill the order and delivery it to the client…you will never be able fulfill the promises you have made.

Today at Backdrops Fantastic Australia we recognised the contributions our team member, Nicola has played in our office. We are so thrilled that she will be moving on to an exciting new venture and while we will miss her – we know that the insurance industry is extremely lucky to have her on their team now.

After weeks of training her wonderful replacement, Moana – we know that her wisdom has been passed on and with Skype accounts, emails, twitter and the lot shared in a parting email to our team – we know Nicola is never going to be too far from the end of a phone if we need her.

That is what a team is in any industry and that is what a CREW is for the events industry. Every link in your chain has to be strong and committed to making your customers happy and be a team player. It may not always happen but at Backdrops Fantastic Australia we are proud to say we really work hard to be a close knit group who laugh together, sing together and do everything we can to ensure our customers get the best service from the beginning of their experience with our CREW to the very end.

Today we say goodbye to our lovely Nicola and wish her well. Thank you for your time, dedication, laughs, exceptional knowledge in music, movies and Dr Who!
